We always do our best to ensure you receive your order as swiftly as possible.
If you order before 12 noon (Monday – Friday only) we aim to have your delivery to you within 24 hours. Otherwise, all purchases should be delivered within 2-3 working days after you have placed your order. Please note that because of additional pressure on carriers due to Covid, it can occasionally take a little longer and we thank all our customers for their understanding during these difficult times.
Once an order is placed – you will receive an email from our dispatch house, Diamond Logistics, to confirm the delivery address. You can, AT YOUR OWN RISK, specify a safe place to leave the delivery such as with a neighbour.
We cannot accept any international sales through this website.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy of 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in the same unworn condition that you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging with labels and tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the refund process please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will not be able to refund the postage of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. Any faulty items will be replaced at no extra postage fee.
